Universal Property Management was established in 2016 by James, a condominium resident dissatisfied with the ineffectiveness of previous property management companies.

Responding to homeowners' requests, James, then the board president, assumed management. Within six months, he successfully course-corrected the association's trajectory, creating Universal Property Management.

We take great pride in being a boutique property management firm serving local homeowner associations.

Our management scope is tailored to each homeowner association's needs and requirements, not a one-size-fits-all approach. This differentiates us from large property management company's perspectives.

One of our core values is our commitment to responding to clients' inquiries and requests. We understand that timely and effective communication is paramount. Our firm has no desire to settle for the status quo.
